NMFIT: Can you tell me more about Ku'Panda and why you felt it was needed in the beauty market? What void do you think KP helps to fill?

Ku’Panda (KP): The foundation of Ku'Panda Skincare is intentional manifestation. "Ku'Panda" is Swahili for "to plant" and this reflects our company philosophy: you can have the life you desire planted one seed at a time. It also reflects our ingredient philosophy of "plants first." I felt there was a need for Ku'Panda Skincare because many black owned skincare companies limit their selections to African Black Soap Cleansers, Sugar Scrubs, Body Butters and Oils. These are great products but the market is flooded with them and these products often lack innovation. That's why our products are always multi-use and always prioritize innovation first. We also prioritize top tier Customer Service to ensure that our customers understand their experience is our top priority.

NMFIT: What is your best selling product and why do you think it is?

KP: Right now, since its' release, our Best Seller has been the AWAKEN Facial Cleanser. Based on customer feedback, they enjoy the cleanser because they see that it brightens/gently exfoliates the skin but also hydrates the skin as well. It's a great combination for all skin types and keeps the complexion bright while balancing excess oil production.

NMFIT: My community is filled with busy women, how does your skincare line fit into their regime?

KP: I don't know a woman that isn't busy, trying to take care of herself and those who depend on her. That's why our products are multi-use so that she gets her money's worth.
