I was introduced to SHASHI during a photo shoot for Nadia Murdock Fit and I absolutely fell in love with the brand the their mission. NMF: How did you get your start in fitness? Do you have a dance background?
SHASHI: My Mom was an Olympic athlete, so exposure to sports at a young age was inevitable. I began ballet at 6 years old and have always loved movement and dance!
NMF: How do you keep fit and healthy?
SHASHI: Keeping fit and eating healthy is not only important to me but important for my family. Pilates is my lifestyle, and I have introduced the method to my son as well, who is completely loving it! But I love to dabble! So I may turn up at the Barre, in a Megaformer class, or even laughing my way through a Zumba class!
