Nachos, beer kegs, greasy food, yup it’s football season again! Tempting foods can include savory snacks, fatty dips, and high caloric beverages. With all this at your fingertips, your average football fan is bound to pack on a few pounds during the season.

Savory Turkey Chili

Creamy Onion Dip by Diana Stobo
RECIPE
½ Cup of raw Cashew Butter
¼ cup of yellow onion minced
½ teaspoon of Braggs Amino Acids
¼ cup of water
½ teaspoon of sea salt
Place the minced onions and amino acids together in a mixing bowl and let it stand for 20 mins. After that add the cashew butter, water and salt, mix together until it’s blended. Refrigerate overnight for a deep flavor.
