NMFIT Peanut Butter & Banana Lovin' Smoothie

Peanut Butter & Banana Lovin' Smoothie
Benefits: Lowers cholesterol, great source for healthy fats and protein!
- 1/2 a banana
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon of peanut butter powder (or peanut butter)
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/4 cup of raspberries
- 1/4 cup of blackberries
Extra Fit Tip: Try adding 1/4-1/2 an avocado to make your smoothie extra creamy, this ingredient will also help to lower your LDL and give you an extra dose of vitamins including B and E.
Blend until smooth and frothy to serve.
