Good news for coffee drinkers, that cup of coffee you can’t wait for in the morning is actually giving you more then just a caffeine boost. A black cup of coffee has a ton of antioxidants that can boost your overall health. It’s actually been said that coffee offers more antioxidants than fruits and vegetables! Up to three cups a day can be very beneficial to get some extra nutrients while lowering the risk of different diseases.  

A single cup of  coffee contains the following nutrients:  Riboflavin, Pantothenic Acid, Manganese, Magnesium, Potassium & Niacin.
