Gluten-Free Lemon Almond Biscotti

I am always on the lookout for delicious guilt free food options that can be made in a jiffy and taste good too! Hampton Creek focuses on offering consumers the purest form of food, the way it should be eaten without all the yucky additives! Below is their Lemon Almond Biscotti recipe that is so easy to make. 

   

GLUTEN-FREE LEMON ALMOND BISCOTTI Ingredients: * 1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour * 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder * 1/4 teaspoon sea salt * 1 teaspoon baking powder * 3 tablespoons maple syrup * 2 tablespoons Just Mayo, Original * 2 tablespoons lemon zest * 1/4 almonds, toasted, chopped roughly Directions: * Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon baking mat.
