NMF: Has fitness always been a major part of your life or was there a catalyst/point in your life when you made it more of a focus and priority?

Fitness has always been a part of Coco's life since the age of 16 when she started working in a gym as a front desk receptionist and eventually becoming a fitness instructor. Before she knew it she was participating in fitness competitions.

In a blog post on The Coco Blog, she shares her memories of participating in her first fitness competition.

"It was a weeklong competition and one of the hardest things I’ve ever done in my LIFE! They tested me to the limit. They test your athletic ability with practically every sport possible. But god, I was going push until I collapsed." Says Coco.
