NMFit How do your dance moves/methods help people find their sexiest self?
Brazily Dance uses a variety of Brazilian music and dance styles with a perfect blend of easy-to-follow choreography and more challenging songs to keep participants engaged and focused on progression from class to class.
Our classes are choreographed specifically to ignite confidence in our participants! Brazilian music has such a magical energy that makes you move your body in a way that feels amazing.
It has unique beats and most of the choreography is focused on hip and booty movements, which is an excellent way to activate your feminine energy to relieve stress, increase self-esteem, boost serotonin levels, feel more joy and ultimately feel your sexiest!
Our busy lives have forced us to tap into our masculine energy more often – which is the energy we use to be productive and chase our goals. However, our feminine energy is what allows us to slow down, go with the flow and enjoy the journey which adds more peace and happiness to our lives. Having balance between both these energies is crucial, no matter what gender you identify as.

In a world of instant gratification, it can be easy to expect everything you want at a snap of your fingers. However, the reality is that in order to reach your goals, no matter what they may be, you will need to be patient and overcome many challenges along the way.
Dance reminds us that just because something may seem difficult at first, that doesn’t mean it’s impossible. It allows us to focus on progression, building confidence overtime that shows us that we can do hard things!This newfound level of confidence then transfers into all areas of your life because you start to realize that if you keep trying, have faith and believe in yourself, there’s no limit to what you can achieve!

Dance is a great way to get rid of the “all or nothing” mindset and focus on growth and progress, not perfection.After all, you don’t need to dance “perfectly” to reap all the amazing benefits has to offer! Decreased stress and anxiety, more happiness and joy, better heart and brain health, improved flexibility and increased confidence levels are just a few of the amazing rewards dance can offer you, even if you aren’t a trained dancer. This reminds us that progress should always be our focus when chasing our goals. Because we won’t always have all the answers we want when we’re trying something new. But by taking things one step at a time, things start to fall into place gradually and we start noticing more possibilities and fewer obstacles along our journey.
