Celebrity Fitness: Laila Ali

As a professional boxer this mother of two really understands how to make fitness work with a busy schedule.  Ali workouts 2-3 days a week making sure to always mix up her workouts as a way to avoid boredom.  In addition to her regular workout she includes 2-3 days of a boxing workout.

How Laila Ali Stays in Shape:

  • Spinning
  • Running
  • Pilates
  • Favorite boxing move: Jab and upper cut on the heavy bags.

What Laila is eating:

  • 80-90 oz. of water a day.
  • Daily post workout shakes made with One World Whey Protein.
  • Snack must haves are kale chips and greek yogurt.
