NMFIT Weekend Workout
Some people use the weekend to rest after a full week of working out or maybe take the opportunity to take their workout routine outside. No matter what your routine is you shouldn't use the weekend to botch all the hard work you put in during the week. Below is an example of my weekend workout!
Friday Night
- 60 min Zumba
- 45 min's of elliptical (every 10 mins I include 12 push ups or tricep dips)
Saturday Morning
- 50 min Spin Worked up a great sweat this morning especially during the Beyonce Drunk in Love hill climb!
Sunday Afternoon
- 30 min cxworx (toning class)
- 60 min Body Combat Class
