NMFIT Fall Inspired Smoothies
During this season I am sure you are starting to crave a few comfort food favorites including anything pumpkin! Not only will you be crunched for time to hit the gym but time will also be limited to make a decent meal in the kitchen too. So how do you stay fit, stay full and feel like you’re getting away with some hardcore snacking? I’ve got some decadent, delicious and oh-so-easy to make smoothies that taste like dessert and pack a protein punch. In the video below I have included some of my favorite ingredients all into one delicious smoothie.

Cinnamon Chocolate Cocoa Mint Smoothie
- 1-2 cups of unsweetened almond milk (use two cups if you are preparing for more than one person.
- 5 cinnamon cookies crushed.
- 2 teaspoons of peppermint flavored chocolate cocoa mix by.
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate flavored protein powder of your choice.
- Mini candy cane for garnish.
Blend all the ingredients together and serve with crushed candy cane's on top.
Pumpkin Power Smoothie Part 2 (Double the Pumpkin!)
- 1-2 cups of unsweetened almond milk (use two cups if you are preparing for more than one person.
- 1 cup of organic pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1/2 a banana
- 1 Gluten Free Oatmeal Cookie Granola Bar from Annie's
Blend all the ingredients together and serve
