Baby Steps

  • Start slow to avoid injury or mental anguish.

  • If you feel frustrated stop

  • Break it down into manageable tasks

How does it feel?

  • Does the task or goal inspire you?

  • Do you feel pain in your exercise?

  • Are you excited or nervous?

Do it for yourself

  • What is your why?

  • Are you doing it with intention or for the results?

  • Is it for yourself or for someone else?

Try something new

  • This can improve brain function and confidence.

  • You can train new parts of your mind and body.
