5 Benefits of Bone Broth
Bone broth is one way to score extra protein and score extra health benefits! I was first introduced to the idea after an acupuncture session, at first I wasn't too excited about the idea but I am always willing to try new things especially if it contribute to a healthy lifestyle.
Bone broth is rich in minerals that support the immune system and contains healing compounds like collagen, glutamine, glycine and proline. The gut lining benefits from collagen and reduces intestinal inflammation.
You can make the broth from scratch or visit your local health food store for a pre-made broth. Below you will find one of my favorite recipes from The Skinny Confidential.
What you need!
- Real bone broth from Whole Foods heated on the stove top (warm a single serving)
Add a dash of the following:

Below are 5 benefits you can get from including bone broth into your regular diet.
